If you have 3 or fewer minions it is supposed to recharge instantly. If its recharging instantly with over 3 I can't say thats a bad thing either really.

Not Secret >_> It has a 60 recharge
It was nerfed in an update a few months ago. EDIT: oh..you mean the recast part, that was added in the same update to justify the nerfing. So its still semi useful if you have less minions. Still no secret. |
